T25 Day 3: Total Body Circuit

I had a post for day one and two, but unfortunately they got deleted, so starting with day three will have to do!

I started my day off right by getting my snuggle time in with Savannah, and then making up my Vanilla Shakeology mixed with iced black coffee!  Today it was hard to drop Savannah off at my sister's since she had her first set of shots last night!  I didn't even have to take her to get them and still cried my eyes out!
I woke up even more sore than I was last night, and last night I could barely make it up the stairs!  Cardio & Speed 1.0 definitely work your calves and quads.  It was intense.

While walking around work today people kept asking me what I did last night to make me so sore!  I was amazed at how many people guessed PX90 and told me about their own stories with other beach body products.  I even found out that a co-worker's wife who sits next to me is a discount coach and also uses Shakeology.

Work dragged today, but I'm noticing that I'm waking up with more energy and by 4pm I have more energy than I ever had before.  I actually have the ENERGY to not only work out, but make it through my workouts!  Which is something I never could have imagined without extensive amounts of caffeine.  I almost wonder if its too much energy because by four I want to do wind sprints through the building.  I've settled for taking a walk on the "wellness walk" (a path through our building that is made purposefully for employees to get exercise during work hours).

I got home today, and immediately changed into my workout clothes - Something that has become routine for me.  Josh couldn't do the work out with me today because he had to mow the law, but that is an hour of exercise so I let him slide.  Savannah was luckily already asleep so I put her in her crib, flipped on the monitor and started T25 Total Body Circuit.  I was not prepared.  There is a ton of planking involved and push-ups.  Even though I now have an 11 pound baby (She's getting so big!) my knees, and my arms are not the strongest.  I almost made it all the way through the work out when Savannah started screaming through the monitor.  So I had to pause it briefly to bring her to her swing in the living room.  I did make it all the way through and I'm really proud of that fact.

The fact that I've been able to make time for myself, even if it is for 25 minutes is awesome!  Especially because I've been able to make this a priority.  Something I have never done before.  I always hated working out, but I'm learning quickly to love the burn!  In just three days I can already feel the changes in my body.  I can feel myself getting stronger.  My thighs are tighter which is probably my favorite part thus far.

I can't WAIT until "Staturday" to see if I've lost any inches/weight!  Even if I haven't though, the additional energy is worth it for sure!!
