Today started off a little rough! I wasn't nearly as sore and could actually make it down the stairs without my muscles aching. However, I did not get nearly as much sleep last night because Savannah decided at 4am it was time to get up for the day. Since it was my night, it was my turn to stay wake with my hyper baby girl. Shakeology to the rescue!!! By the time I had gotten to work, it was like I had gotten a full nights sleep.
I think I underestimated all along how much my body needs those vitamins and nutrients. Especially because I have never had a "healthy" diet, its nice to indulge in such a delicious treat knowing I'm still going to have energy even after work to want to work out!

Comparably speaking.... I'll stick with my shakeology!!!
As for my workout today. I was glad for the legs break! Shaun T. Loves his squats, and we still did some in ab intervals, but there were ALOT less of them. However, I guarantee my abs will be sore tomorrow! I was a hot sweaty mess after, but the cardio aspect is slowly getting easier, and I might be able to do some of the unmodified moves by next week. Progress! I also can't wait to see my results on Staturday!
Sticking with this has been even easier being in a challenge group. Which is a closed group for everyone to get inspiration and post daily to keep each other accountable. I will be starting one starting a group in October for anyone who would like to join! Its much easier to get into a healthy mind set when you're surrounded by people with similar goals! Just look at the start of my story!
