T25: Week 4 Day 1

Well today was a busy day.  Got home from work, started my workout.  Nana Banana was dropped off to me and we found out her formula was left at the baby sitters mistakenly.  So after my workout I had to go pick it up.

Today was Lower Focus Day.  As Usual while doing the lunge progression I started shaking like crazy.   Such a good good good burn!   It made me remember why I was doing all of this in the first place.  Not just to get in shape, but because my body now craves that burn.  I need to remind myself when I don't want to work out how good I feel afterwards. 

Another reason to workout - A co-worker of mine today told me TWICE that she could tell I'm definitely toning!  That made me feel AMAZING  screw 12 weeks for others to notice, this only took 4!   That compliment was even more amazing to me because yesterday, Josh told me I was looking amazing and getting teeny tiny.    And on top of ALL of that I woke up feeling really skinny! Are you ready for more?  I kept looking at myself in the bathroom today at work (there is a full size mirror)  my booty looks like its an inch higher than a month ago!  Yay for SQUATS! 

I'm seeing my behavior change a bit too!  I'll be at work standing around and find myself doing calf raises.  Anything to get in a little exercise.  I still really really really need to work on the nutrition part of my life.  So that is my goal for the next week and a half:  Come up with a game plan before I get paid again and go grocery shopping to find snacks and nutritious lunches for me to eat while at work!
