T25: Week 4 Day 2

Gonna be short & sweet today since I have a hectic night still ahead of me ;)

Today I had WAAAY too much caffeine and ended up bouncing off the walls and making me sick by the time I ate lunch since I forgot to eat dinner yesterday.  Doh!  Today was the first day in AWHILE that I had my Shakeology.  SO SO SO thankful for it.  I was so skeptical of it in the beginning, but after 4 days without it, I was struugggling.  Today was much easier.  Now that I know which flavor I like best (Chocolate) I switched my order to the 30-day supply so I never have to go a day without it! 

So this evening is going to be a busy one, with everything Josh needs to do and everything I would like to get done, but I still managed to fit in my workout!   It was Total Body Circuit day.  My inner thighs were definitely sore, and I worked my abs harder today than I have any other time.  Holding  a plank is getting easier too.

Something I'm gong to start adding to my workout is lifting some weights.  I'm not thrilled with my arms and feel like they are a little behind the curve.  A coworker brought in some 6 pound weights for me to borrow and showed me a few arm exercises.  Funny part of this is that all of our coworkers were walking past my desk and picking them up and doing reps each time they walked by.  Maybe I should bring in a pair just for kicks and giggles for them to keep doing that.
