If any of you have been wondering where I have been the last few days, I shall tell you.
I have been in PAIN!!!
I helped my big sister move from a THREE Story apartment into a TWO story house. I helped out for just about 3 hours and went up and down stairs more times than I can count. I also helped my step dad carry a TON of HEAVY furniture.
Needless to say. I did NOT start Beta this week :(
BUT I will be starting next week! I haven't worked out at all this week aside from squats and lunges today. I'm trying to let my very very sore body heal before I hop into a completely different/more difficult work out. Even my chiro (who I was able to get in today to get checked out) said its probably a good thing to let my body recover for a few days. So I feel better for slacking. Though a large part of myself is upset. For some reason I feel like I'll gain back the 6 inches back that I lost for taking it easy for a week. Obviously I know that's not logical but sometimes I can't help but feeling that way. So, back at it hard next week!
