T25 Beta: Week 6 Day 2

Today was speed 2.0!  Omg did I have fun with this workout!  It is non-stop for 25 minutes but it's a blast!  There are three rounds and you do them three times in varying incriments of time.  You don't have time to focus on how much time is left because you are CONSTANTLY moving!  I enjoyed Every. SINGLE. MINUTE! 

Once again it focused A LOT on the core, which is nice because that's def. Lacking in Alpha.  Shaun T is a genius though.  Without Alpha, there is NO WAY I could have made it through these workouts. 

I never thought I could have ever enjoyed working out.  But I love it.  I really really love it!  Sometimes it's rough making the time to workout, especially 6 weeks in.  However, to be successful that's what I have to do.  I've been reading alot of personal development books and I'm learning so many ways to improve my life, and making small changes every day is going to get me to what I want!  I'm already on my way to having the body I've always wanted!  Though I have to say the image I had in my head is so much different now then it was 6 weeks ago. I wanted to be back at 120 pounds six weeks ago.   I wanted to be the teeny tiny girl my husband met 5 years ago.  Now I don't want to be skin and bones.  I want to be toned and able to kick someone twice my sizes ASS!  I want to be a beast!  I'm thinking I'm going to start saving my pennies for one of the workout that involves more weights and the big bars.  I want to lift! 
My best friend is getting married this year, and at her wedding I want to not have to suck in or feel self conscious in a bridesmaid dress for the FIRST time in my life.   I want to feel as good, as Joshua thinks I am.  Making him and Savannah proud.  That is my goal.
