Today was one of the most stressful days I've had in awhile. I didn't get in my ShakeO and could definitely tell. Its hunting time of the year, which means Joshua is away trying to feed us for the year, and I'm riding solo. Makes it 10xs more difficult when I have Nana Banana by myself.
I didn't get in my Ab Intervals workout last night, which made me really irritated. But I have managed to not eat out at all due to my meal planning which makes me feel a little better for not getting it in.
So today was terrible. I'm finding it harder to keep my anxiety in check at work lately. There is so much going on, but I won't go into any further details. Its just STRESSFUL. Well, I decided to take the afternoon off since I was not getting ANYTHING done.
I went home and immediately put in my workout. It was Total Body Circuit day again, which ended up being the perfect workout today. I was sweating like crazy. And got in exactly what I needed. I didn't even have to take my anxiety medication! The workout cured all the anxiety I had. I really enjoyed the fact that I was able to actually do more tap push ups than I ever have been able to do before! So once again I have to thank Shaun T for turning this frown upside down!
