T25: Staturday!

Seriously learning fast double day Friday is not for me.  The LAST thing I want to do on a Friday night is workout for an hour.  So, so I can still get my workout time in, I'm going to shift everything forward a day.  Meaning, Sunday is no longer "stretch day" Saturday is.  And double day will now be on Thursdays.  This will fit my routine much better.  I have to make this work for me, or it won't work at all.  I highly doubt Shaun T would be mad. 



So today, I had a highly fussy baby, so I was only able to fit in one workout.  Which, is better than nothing!   Savannah is going through a growth spurt, so shes eating every hour or so and isn't super happy.  Oh well, that is the life of a mom.  I'm proud I was able to do lower focus.  Which have I mention makes your quads BURN.  Shaun knows how to work it.

And for the best part of my week!  After working out I weighed myself!!!! AND GOOD NEWS!!!

I'M DOWN A POUND AND A HALF!!!!!!!

YUP. THAT JUST HAPPENED!  Which is amazing because my week 1 weigh in, I was still the exact same weight, and was pretty upset even though I knew I was gaining muscle.  I wasn't expecting to lose more than .5 - 1 pound per week, so being down 1.6 pounds (actually) is AMAZING.  155.9 to 154.3.  *Happy Dance* 

Another happy dance moment - Josh was getting ready to leave and he turns and looks at my tummy, and said, "you're really toning up baby!"  WOO!  What a great Staturday!
