T25: Week 3 Day 1

Procrastination is not your friend.  Not at all.  We had a nice relaxing Sunday, and I knew I had to kick it up a gear so I could workout tonight since I'm shifting all days so I don't have to work out on Fridays.  But I was procrastinating hard core.  I just wanted to sit on the couch and do nothing.  Seriously.  Nothing.  I kept thinking, oh I need to get up and work out.  It didn't help that today was Total Body Circuit Day (T - Be Crazy Day).
 
By the time I had finished procrastinating I realized, if I would have just gotten up when I started thinking about it, I would be done with my workout already.   So I walked my happy butt up the stairs and started working out, and sure enough before I knew it I was done!  

I never regret working out.  Seeing the changes in my body makes it so much easier to do it too.  I'm still not as strong as I'd like to be, but as many great people say, you have to allow yourself to be a beginner.  Every expert started out a beginner too.  So I'm allowing myself to understand that as long as I'm improving, its worth it. 

Becoming a beach body coach has changed my life in so many ways in just a short period of time.  I started reading an AMAZING book (The compound effect).  I'm learning to enjoy life more.  I'm not as happy just blindly sitting in front of my TV for hours every night.   I'm not as impulsive.  I'm learning to really love and appreciate what I have, instead of just blindly wanting more just to want it.   Being around all that positive thinking really brings out so much positivity in my own life.  I can honestly say I am the happiest I've ever been!
