T25: Week 3 Day 2!

What a day today was.  Work was like a completely different place, and I happened to have 3 coffee's (2 were mixed with my wonderful Chocolate ShakeO).   My co-worker Tracie (who "works for coffee"...aka coffee addict is rubbing off on me!) I'm adopting healthier habits though - I managed not to drink a soda today! Woo!  I'm finding it easier and easier to not give in to my weakness.  Hopefully I can keep it up!

Today was Speed 1.0 day!  I'm able to do mostly unmodified moves (until I get too out of breath then I switch to the modified moves).  Also, I'm pushing myself harder every workout.  They are getting easier and easier, so I'm pushing more to focus more on the muscle groups I'm using.  I'm more in control than I was before.  I can add more power to each move, yet I'm still drenched by the end of my workouts!  I know I'm only in my third week, but I'm slowly staring to look forward to coming home and working out.   I'm not sure 5 days a week is do-able for extended periods of time, but 10 weeks is extremely do-able.  I keep telling myself, with time I'm going to have the body I want.  All this hard work is going to be worth it.  Then, its just about maintaining.  More importantly than just being skinny though, I'll finally, for probably the first time in my life be FIT.  I don't want to be a stick, I want to be able to out work-out a guy.  I want to be able to hold a squat longer, to be able to do more push-ups, more sit ups, etc.  I want to be a fitness boss.

Josh has been awesome working out with.  He makes funny little jokes throughout them which makes working out even more fun too!  I know he doesn't particularly love it, but hes doing it anyways!  I can't wait to see what an active little family we will be next Summer.  Taking Savannah on little walks (when she can actually walk maybe?).  I'm proud of the example I'm setting for her.

Another fun fact - my jeans are looser!  That is HUGE.  I used to hate drying my jeans because I knew the first couple hours of wearing them were going to be miserable.  Now my jeans are the perfect fit right out of the dryer!

Can't wait to see how much I lose this week!
