I needed my shakeology today. When I say needed I mean NEEDED. I went to the black keys concert last night and didn't get home until 1am. Then Nana Banana decided to wake up before my alarm went off and RIGHT after Josh left for work which means MOMMY DUTY! I mixed it with black coffee, and lots of it.
I love coffee. But I love Shakeology more. When I say its good, its not a lie people! I love it so much after work, I wanted another one!
I got home and Savannah was sleeping, and Josh immediate left to go watch the Lions game/return the brand new phone he just bought today because he lost his old one, which ended up being recovered only an hour after he bought the new one. Its been a crazy weekend. Not only did that happen, but our toilet handle broke, and it trying to fix it we cracked the tank to the actual toilet causing us to have to go out and get a new one. Then on top of that, our other toilet AND our water softener started leaking. Murphy, you sir are a dick.
So as soon as I started my work out, Savannah decided it was time to cry as she was hungry. Six ounces later I was able to start and finish my workout. It was Cardio again and I was kind of excited. The second time I did Cardio I was feeling less winded, able to do some of the harder moves, and was keeping up, so I was even more excited to do it a third time.
I killed it! Atleast compared to the very first work out I did a week ago. It took me 5 minutes to get a little winded and I was able to do each move except two all the way through. AND I only had to modify ONE move. I was pushing harder through both of the burn out rounds, and was sprinting faster. Just seeing that small amount of progress was the most inspiring thing ever.
I'm so proud that I have been able to stick with this. Even if I am only on the second week. Normally I would have quit after two days. I want my beach body. Plus being a coach and talking with all the other coaches who's lives have been transformed by these programs gives me so much hope.
I feel the changes in my body even if they aren't visible. There is NO way I would have had the strength to wear heeled boots for a whole evening, to a concert no less, if I hadn't increased my strength. I've come to enjoy the tiny soreness the next day after I worked my (soon to be) little tushy off.
If I can do this. Being a new mom, working full-time, and never being athletic in my life, then you can too! If you want to change your life, never look back message me, and we will find whatever works best for you! :)
