T25: Week 2 Day 2

Today was  Total Body Circuit Day (TBC Day) As in "(Shaun-)T  Be Crazy Day"
I can't say I enjoy TBC Day.  It is almost as hard as Lower Focus Day and its a Fantastic workout, but if there is one workout move I hate more than anything is planks and a close runner up is the dreaded push-up.  TBC Day has both.  A LOT of both.

This whole hating push-ups is why I decided to start the "Passion for Push-Ups" challenge group, because I want to improve on what I hate the most!  We are going to get to 40 push-ups in 30 days.  And since I can barely do 1, its going to be fun!  But hey, "what doesn't challenge you, doesn't change you."

Josh worked out with me tonight!  Unfortunately Shaun-T Be Crazy Day is NOT the best workout for him.  At one point his knee even popped.  Poor guy!  He's going to need to stick to the lower impact modifiers!  But as Shaun-T says, Tanya can you get you crazy results too!

When Shaun-T stares into the camera and tells you to push harder.  You PUSH HARDER.  His gaze is scarrrrrrryyy.  I feel like hes glaring at me telling me if I don't push I'm never going to change.  I love Shaun, I hate Shaun, (and like my last post)  I want to punch Shaun in the face sometimes.  Most of all though, I'm grateful for Shaun.  I'm so happy that I've found a workout I could fit into my busy schedule.  I can go home, workout, and still have so much of my evening, I don't even feel like I'm giving up anything to get the body I want.  So for that, I thank Shaun.

Today, I'm extremely proud of myself.  I didn't drink a soda!  I didn't see any changes really last week, and I think cutting out my daily 32oz soda might just make a big difference.  That and cutting out some of the "extras" I've been drinking after work.  Another goal for the week is, I'm trying to be aware of what I'm eating, and how much.  I'm noticing I'm munching a lot throughout the day since I'm not binge eating.  Before the next grocery shopping trip I'm going to have to plan some healthy snacks so I can start taking them to work!

What are your biggest struggles?
