T25: Week 2 Day 3

Today started off, Ah-Maze-Ing.  I got a solid 9 hours of sleep last night.  I went to bed early, and it was Josh's night to get up with Savannah Banana. 

I still woke up and immediately went to the blender.  Coffee and ShakeO.  My power team.  

Work was LONG today, but I did get approved to take a laptop home and start working OT while Savannah is sleeping so I don't have to be away from her for even longer if I want to help out. 

So after a long day, I wasn't really feeling working out.  Even thought it was the easiest of all the workouts I was dreading it (I'm shocked I didn't buy a soda today at work, go me!).  It was Speed 1.0 day, which if you missed my last post is more about stretching, flexibility, stability, and strength.  Even though its what I think is easiest, by then end of it Josh and I were drenched in sweat. 

I love that feeling.  There is nothing better than finishing a workout!  Can't wait to see how Staturday turns out!
